Citicorp chairman John Reed is no doubt hoping that fellow overachiever Thomas Cirillo will reinvigorate Quotron Systems Inc. As of May 1, Cirillo replaces former Citibank technocrat Paul Glaser as Quotron president and chief operating officer. Glaser retires after 18 years with Citibank, including an 11- year stint as chairman of the bank's Transaction Technology Inc. subsidiary.
