WASHINGTON, DC--The Financial Information Services Division (FISD) is scheduled to meet in Zurich on Wednesday. Some FISD members are expected to turn out for the three day session. Topping the agenda: the FISD's response to the SEC's concept release on Regulation of Market Information, Fees and Revenues. Proposed comments have to be submitted to the SEC by March 31 (IMD, Feb. 7)

Some FISD members have grumbled privately about the relevance of addressing the SEC issue during a European event, but
