Sprecher: ICE to Keep Datacenters, SFTI; Will Sell NYSE Technologies Assets

The exchange will retain NYSE's "liquidity center" datacenters in Mahwah, NJ and Basildon in the UK─following an economic analysis process that showed it would be more expensive for ICE to move to third-party datacenters─and its SFTI (Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure) network, which it will "maintain and improve" to deliver better operational efficiency, Sprecher said.
