Portfolio systems vendor Data Exchange Inc. is making a sample request for proposal for potential customers seeking portfolio management systems. Data Exchange executives say that the sample RFP is being issued as a service to users, but concede that they hope the move will stimulate interest in Data Exchange's DX/V system.
