UPDATE: BME Eyes APA Status to Support OTC Transparency Data Services

The exchange will begin offering members the ability to report trades in OTC markets for compliance with MiFID 2.

BME Market Data will apply for authorization from the supervisory authorities to operate as an Approved Publication Arrangement (APA), a new designation introduced by MiFID 2 in the context of the new European post-trade transparency framework.
