ADP Buys Tristar, Regroups After Two Execs Leave


ADP has signed a letter of intent to purchase the assets of Montgomery Securities Inc.'s TriStar Market Data Inc., which markets an Apple Computer Inc. Macintosh-based quote system. At the same time, ADP is reorganizing in the wake of departures of vice presidents Ralph Winnicker and Len Hoerst.
