CMS WebView Ends Talks, Cuts Staff

Shares in UK ticker plant software vendor CMS WebView fell by more than 50 percent to 2.13p on April 8, following an announcement by the company that takeover negotiations had collapsed, several staff have been laid off, and there may be "no further orders of significance" this year for its TDI ticker plant software.
