New Incentive Plan Leads to Departures At Bloomberg Europe

Over 50 journalists and salespeople have left Bloomberg in Europe in the wake of the company's restructuring of its incentive policy earlier this year. Declining morale due to staff role changes perceived as demotions and concern that the company is becoming increasingly bureaucratic are secondary factors in the departures.
