PC Quote Inc., which attracted attention this summer when it announced an agreement with Microsoft Corp. to redistribute market data through the new Microsoft Network, is continuing its trek into cyberspace. The vendor, which has since announced deals with News Corp./MCI Online Ventures and Time Inc. New Media, said late last month that it was developing Internet-based securities and market quotation services that would be targeted at markets ranging from the general consumer to the professional
