Knight-Ridder Inc., Commodity Communications Corp.'s Futuresource and London Futures & Options Exchange's Commodity Market Services Ltd. subsidiary are battling to be first to offer London Metal Exchange's new price feed, sources say. Although some prices from feed are available via Reuters Holdings PLC's Monitor, U.K. vendor is yet to unveil full service. Reuters developed feed for LME, which agreed to purchase quote system late last year (IMD, Jan. 8).
