Bridge Is Testing Fixed-Income Service, Sources Say

St. Louis-based Bridge Information Systems Inc. is alpha- testing a new fixed-income service to augment its equity and commodity price services, sources say. The service would mark the vendor's first big step into the lucrative and changeable fixed- income market beyond its limited success in the municipals area. Details of the new system, including any price sources, were not revealed.
Executives at Bridge would neither confirm nor deny the report. "There's always alpha testing going on here,"
