DBC Delivers Signal VIA Cable-TV, Closes Chapter 11

Data Broadcasting Corp. (DBC) has released a new version of its Signal market data service, making the product available via cable television networks for the first time. Until now, Signal has been available only via FM-radio networks and C-band satellite.
