Thomson Continues Integration Strategy, Preps Products

2002: THE YEAR AHEAD

NEW YORK--ILX is rolling out the global NewGen workstation and looking to expand its presence in fixed income in 2002 while Thomson Financial continues its 18-month-old integration strategy.

The Global NewGen Workstation combines Globaltopic, A-T Financial, ILX Global and Autex on a single, ActiveX platform, according to Thomson Financial COO Sharon Rowlands. The platform, formerly known as NextGen, entered beta tests in September and will go commercial in the second half of this year, says
