Harvard Management Looks To Overhaul Its Trading Operation

Harvard Management Co. Inc., responsible for investing funds held by Harvard University, has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for a trading information and portfolio pricing system. The RFP was issued last month and includes specifications for real-time pricing of equities, options, futures and bonds. It also calls for sophisticated application development tools that can create programs that permit simultaneous interaction by multiple users.
