95 Per Cent Of Users Meet Bloomberg's Classic Deadline

NEW YORK--With the arrival of the Sept. 30 deadline for clients to migrate from Bloomberg Classic to Open Bloomberg, only a handful of clients have required an extension until the end of this year.

"95 per cent of clients have met the deadline," says Russel Levi, head of European sales at Bloomberg. He declines to catagorize the remaining five per cent of clients that have not yet migrated or to give reasons for their delay. The deadline has, however, come at a time when most user firms are
