Depository Looks Beyond Canada With Xcitek

The Canadian Depository for Securities is looking to expand the use of its entitlements data via an agreement with software vendor Xcitek. This will allow user firms in Canada and internationally to automate the collection and processing of Canadian corporate actions data.

This week, New York-based Xcitek will announce that it has developed an interface between its XSP platform and CDS's Entitlement Messaging service (EMS) to automate the upload of CDS data into XSP for processing and validation
