Automatic Data Processing Inc. says release is close for capital markets version of FS Partner System. Product, providing graphics and analytics covering equities, commodities and options markets, will be aimed at institutional users. Two sites are testing system. Capital markets version uses more powerful PC than FS Partner, though ADP says it's "being defined what model we'll standardize on." FS Partner's intelligent user interface is an IBM PS/2 Model 50. New product will feature graphics
