Quotron Systems Inc. has appointed Robert Riordan vice president, sales and marketing, base business. He worked for IBM for 28 years, most recently as branch manager, Wall Street sales and marketing office. Riordan replaces Howard Taylor, who resigned in April, and will report to president Paul Glaser. Max Gould, meanwhile, has been appointed to newly created position of assistant to office of chairman. He was most recently division head, financial services, for Quotron parent Citicorp's North
