MSRB To Pilot Daily Report System; How Still In Doubt

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) plans in November to begin system testing of its so-called pilot program to provide market participants with more daily information about the value of municipal securities. However -- though the testing is expected to be completed by January 1995 -- the MSRB has still not established how it intends to disseminate its daily muni reports.
