LSE Targets Retail with Delayed Level 2 Data License


The exchange issued a client communiqué at the end of August detailing the new delayed Level 2 license, which is valid from Sept. 1, and is now signing agreements with its vendor partners.

Though LSE officials decline to say how many vendors have signed up to the new policy, one says the exchange currently maintains redistribution agreements with just under 200 vendors that offer its data on a delayed basis.
