"We are doing enough work around risk where we [can now] build out a data model for certain elements of risk, and offer some components that will allow users to get up and running quicker with their risk applications," says Aleri chief executive Don DeLoach.

The goal is to be able to develop a "template" of risk analytics that will provide the bulk of functionality required by clients, pre-configured as a product, while allowing clients to customize the remainder according to their needs, DeLoach
