FTSE Launches Shariah Indexes
The FTSE Shariah Global Equity Index Series, derived from FTSE's existing global indexes, comprises 96 indexes, 12 of which are calculated in real-time, made up of large- and mid-cap stocks from the FTSE Global Equity Index series. The suite includes the Shariah Developed Index Series, the Shariah Emerging Index Series, the Shariah All-World Index series and the Multinationals 150 Index.
