An ISE spokesperson says the changes-which came into effect last month-mean that exchange members will know their rebates upfront, enabling them to easily conduct cost-benefit analysis as they trade. Previously, members received a lump-sum market data rebate at the end of the quarter, according to the ISE's rule filing last week.
