New Fuel Oil Benchmark For China

Dow Jones Newswires is launching a daily assessment of fuel oil prices in southern China today (June 23). The service, called the Dow Jones Huangpu fuel oil benchmark--taking its name from a southern Chinese city that imports a large proportion of the country’s fuel--will be published daily on Dow Jones’ energy service and Chinese financial wire.
Dow Jones news reporters will calculate the assessments using trades displayed on terminals from Chinese energy information company, Beijing Jcache
