Chemical Bypasses Reuters To Get MMS, MNS Feeds
DATA CONSUMERS
Following implementation of a new trading room digital data distribution platform -- Reuters' Triarch 2000 -- Chemical Bank has opted to get the MMS International (MMS) and Market News Service Inc. (MNS) services direct, via a feedhandler supplied by Market Vision Corp. In opting to go this route, the bank rejected two alternative delivery methods it could have arranged through Reuters -- a decision that draws attention to Reuters' conflicting roles of market data feed vendor and trading room
