DOW JONES NEWSWIRES PLANS PURCHASE OF MONEYVIEW ONLINE

DJ Newswires has signed a letter of intent to purchase the real-time, Dutch-language financial news service Moneyview On-Line. Approximately 50 dealing rooms in the Netherlands use MoneyView On-Line, and Dutch financial websites carry Internet versions of the product.
