After 15 years of service at Reuters America, James Gregory has left to join Datastream International as executive vice president and general manager, North America. At Reuters, Gregory was vice president, global accounts manager. Gregory now reports to Bob Ballou, director of sales and customer support services worldwide. He succeeds Eric Resnick, who has been transferred to London to serve in a new position as director, business and product development. Gregory says he has a challenge ahead
