has its eye on Citicorp Dealing Resources, according to sources. CDR is the facilities management group for the Electronic Broking Service (EBS). Reports that EBS itself is negotiating with Citibank for CDR have also surfaced (FX Week, Feb. 19). EBS has the right of first refusal on CDR and would have to approve the contract for any sale to a third party, according to EBS officials. A source says a GFI deal to buy CDR is close
