Five Firms Extend Hub IM

DELIVERY TECHNOLOGIES

Five financial institutions have gone live with Communicator Inc.'s Hub IM instant messaging service within their equity groups.

Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney and Sanford Bernstein are all now offering the service to a total of more than 100,000 users, a combination of employees and customers. All are using the latest version of the product. Goldman, JP Morgan Chase, Merrill and Salomon Smith Barney have been using the service internally since last year.
