Elizabeth DeMarse, who formerly handled third party relationships for Bloomberg, has emerged at Hoover's Inc., a provider of company information. According to sources, she will head Texas-based Hoover's opening of a New York office. A spokesperson at Hoover's declines to comment.
Chris Pickles has been officially retained in an expanded role with the Financial Information Services Division, which he has worked with before. In his role, he will help facilitate FISD issues in Europe.
