FISD and BMA to Form Dictionary Using MDDL

NEW YORK--The Financial Information Services Division (FISD) of the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA) and the Bond Market Association (BMA) are closing in on the creation of a single repository of market data and transactional related terms using Market Data Definition Language (MDDL).

MDDL enables parties to exchange market data by standardizing formats and definitions. It provides a way to move data from one system to another by standardizing terminology and the relations
