Microsoft has appointed Tracy Issel general manager of its US financial services Group and Jerry Reiss the general manager of services within the same group. Issel, who was previously regional director, East Region Financial Services, fills the vacancy left by Mike Hard earlier this year. She will manage sales, marketing, services and strategy surrounding financial services solutions. Issel reports to Peter Boit, vice-president of the commercial sector. The industry
