Sydbank Automates Corporate Actions

Prior to the implementation, the bank had to manually cleanse all event data provided by its custodians. However, the bank has now implemented the Danish CSD’s vp.FACT corporate actions feed, based on Telekurs Financial’s Valordata feed, in Swift and ISO 15022 format to verify the custodian data.

The corporate actions data now covers 55 event types and warrants, and is available in FTP or ISO 15022 format. EDI has also upgraded its Web browser viewer, officials say.
