Market data distribution system vendor Micrognosis has waved good-bye to Robert Romeo, its head of digital data distribution systems; in his place, the vendor tapped ex- Telerate associate director of transaction systems development Tom Chow. Chow took his post Aug. 3. At the same time, Micro announced it is moving -- from its Staten Island-based headquarters to Iselin, N.J. -- as of Aug. 12.
