Communicator Inc. Enters Instant Messaging Race

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--Communicator Inc. today opened the market for Hub IM, its enterprise instant messaging tool, beyond the original user group of the eight banks behind Securitieshub, the fixed-income research portal operated by Communicator. The product allows sell-side employees to communicate with each other and with their clients. It also provides content from Securitieshub as well as applications.
Hub IM went live at Credit Suisse First Boston, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Lehman
