Reuters Faces Deadline As Ixnet Contract Ends

LONDON--With Ixnet's two-year contract to redistribute Reuters' data due to expire June 1, Reuters is now scrambling to migrate approximately 200 to 300 customers that are still receiving Reuters' data via Ixnet's infrastructure to Reuters 3000 IP.

The customers, a majority of which use the Reuters Trader Workstation (RTW), now face considerable upheaval as Reuters aims to swap out the Ixnet infrastructure in favour of its own.
