ETHRIDGE ON INTERACTIVE DATA CORP. BOARD
William Ethridge, president of Pearson Education’s Higher Education and Professional Publishing Group, has been appointed to the Interactive Data Corp. board of directors. Ethridge is responsible for directing Pearson’s higher education companies. He replaces Gloria Samuels, who recently resigned from Interactive Data Corp.’s board.
