Push Tech Readies Diffusion Update
Version 3.0.1 of Diffusion adds support for Adobe's Real Time Messaging Protocol, which enables compressed distribution of video, audio and data to applications written in a variety of Adobe environments, including Flash, Air and Flex, as well as the HTTP Streaming protocol, which is used to distribute real-time data to a variety of Web-based applications.
RTMP and HTTP Streaming join the long list of data transport protocols already supported by Diffusion, which also includes a Cascading
