YouDevise Grows TIM with FirstCov Buy
Trade ideas distributor YouDevise last week acquired trade ideas and research platform First Coverage to provide buy-side clients of both platforms with ideas from a broader range of brokers, while enabling sell-side contributors to reach more clients via a single system.
Officials decline to disclose the value of the deal, but say that in return for the assets of First Coverage, YouDevise has issued shares to First Coverage’s investors, including venture capital firms Commonwealth Capital
