Fiber-based network provider Level 3 Communications last month began offering direct connectivity between its global network and the Exchange Hosting co-location facility at the London Stock Exchange’s datacenter, to provide market data providers, member firms and vendors located in the facility with low-latency connectivity to the LSE and its Borsa Italiana and Turquoise markets—as well as Oslo Børs, whose matching engine is hosted in the same datacenter—and any other venue connected to its
