CBOE Seeks SEC Options Valuation Fee Nod
The Chicago Board Options Exchange has filed proposed fees with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a new option valuation service based on contributed prices from market makers that it plans to introduce next week via its Market Data Express subsidiary.
CBOE will charge between $0.50 and $1.25 per option per day for end-of-day files comprising valuations on three types of options—CBOE’s Flex options, over-the-counter options with the same degree of customization, and options with strike
