FactSet Integrates MSCI ESG Research, Ratings

Investors are increasingly aware of ESG-related risk and opportunities

FactSet Research Systems has rolled out ESG (environmental, social and governance) ratings and research from index provider and risk management software vendor MSCI, enabling clients to run analysis on MSCI's data alongside FactSet's proprietary content and to incorporate ESG factors into their portfolio construction, back testing and risk attribution decisions.

The MSCI content, which is available via FactSet desktops from today, Thursday Oct. 25, includes MSCI's ESG Intangible Value Assessment
