Post-NY4 Move, CBOE Plans LD4 Futures Migration

The Chicago Board Options Exchange plans to set up a connectivity hub for its CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) at datacenter and hosting provider Equinix's LD4 facility in Slough, UK next year, to reduce latency for European firms seeking to connect to the exchange's market data and trading platform. The move will follow the completion of CBOE's project to consolidate trading engines for all its markets into Equinix's NY4 facility in Secaucus, NJ on Monday, Dec. 3, (IMD, Oct. 15), with its CBOE, CFE
