Quincy Taps NovaSparks FPGA for QED

Low-latency connectivity provider Quincy Data is rolling out data technology vendor NovaSparks' FPGA book-building solution for Nasdaq OMX's TotalView-ITCH feed, to upgrade its QED (Quincy Extreme Data) microwave network between Nasdaq's Carteret, NJ datacenter and CME Group's co-location center in Aurora, Ill, by reducing the latency associated with recreating market data into a full depth of book, which NovaSparks performs with deterministic latency of 1.4 microseconds.
