Quincy Microwaves ICE, Eyes Lower Latency

When the service goes live in the second quarter of 2014, Quincy will initially deliver data on eight ICE contracts—including four oil and natural gas derivatives instruments and four equity products, including the Russell 2000 Index future—over its microwave network to ensure the lowest latency, and will continue to build out coverage based on customer demand, says Jim Considine, director of business development and strategy.
