Covington Joins M&A Consultants BLC Advisors
Veteran exec Covington has 28 years of experience in the banking and financial technology industries.
Covington is also managing director of his own consulting firm, Change Alley, and remains an advisor to ITRS, where he served as chief executive since the start of 2009, prior to which he spent almost 12 years in strategy and business development roles at BT and its Syntegra business, having previously worked at Kleinwort Benson and SG Warburg.
BLC provides pre- and post-acquisition consulting, as well as screening of companies as potential investments in the high-tech and financial technology
