Communications provider Etrali Trading Solutions, previously the trading solutions division of telecommunications and network provider Orange Business Services before its acquisition by Los Angeles-based M&A and buyout firm The Gores Group, has opened a new office in Sydney, Australia, to manage its existing Australia client base as well as support the growing demand for unified communication and compliance services in the country.
"Strategy and compliance, as well as unified communications solutions, are becoming increasingly important as firms worldwide are impacted by regulation, particularly around mobile voice recording. Our solutions are unique in that they can be adapted to each market's unique needs," said Lionel Grosclaude, chief executive of Etrali in a statement.
