Benzinga Preps Cloud Sandbox of Niche Datasets

The cloud platform will make it easier for niche content providers to reach potential clients, officials say.

Benzinga president Kyle Bazzy says the cloud offering—which the vendor plans to unveil in mid-June—will be “like Amazon for unique, niche data points,” such as sentiment scores and crowd sentiment data, and was developed in response to demand from clients for “the next level” of data and indicators.

Initially, the vendor hopes to carry content from around a dozen companies, such as crowd-sourced estimates data vendor Estimize and GovBrain, which provides intelligence based on political events
