Equinix Expands Singapore Datacenter

The expansion will grow SG3 while also providing extra space for firms located in its SG1 facility.

The second-phase expansion of SG3 will add 2,000 server cabinets to the existing 1,000 already installed, and will provide increased capacity and network connectivity to allow companies to gain direct access to Equinix's SG1 datacenter, as well as meeting increasing demand for interconnection services in Asia Pacific.
