Markit Bolsters Data Management Tools with CoreOne Buy
Acquisition will strengthen Markit's capabilities around data management, reporting, prime brokerage and execution analysis.
Once the deal closes, which is anticipated to take place in the fourth quarter of this year, Markit will add CoreOne's VistaOne data warehouse, reporting and documentation tools to its Enterprise Data Management platform, will use CoreOne's PrimeOne prime brokerage services to extend Markit's software offerings, while leveraging CoreOne's DeltaOne index and exchange-traded products coverage and user interface to enhance its index and ETP data management business, and using CoreOne's RegOne trade
